As a
Hermes Phone customer you do not pay any HIDDEN fees or charges. You do NOT pay
activation, installation, maintenance or monthly fees. ONLY upon using the
service from a payphone a connection fee of $1.29 is drawn from Your Hermes
Phone account. This connection fee is substracted per call and does not depend
on the time of the call. This fee is imposed by the phone companies in the US,
that own the payphones.
Get
friendly, quick and professional customer service by e-mail or on the phone 24
hours a day, 7 days a week. Send an e-mail message to
customerservice@hermesphone.com or call 1 877 7487964. This call is free of
charge.
Hermes Phone bills your calls at precise 6-second
billing increments. The minimum call duration we are going to initially charge
you is for 30 seconds. The billing increments can be
really tricky. If you use a calling service with 1 minute billing increment,
such a service would bill you for a 2 minute call, even if you have spent only
1:05 minutes on the phone. Hermes Phone would bill you for 1:06 for the same
call. Because with Hermes Phone all you pay is for the minutes you talk.
Our
user friendly and secure website allows you to manage all aspects of your
calling account instantly:
Open your calling account;
Recharge your calling account;
View up to the minute information about your calls (6-month history);
View up to the minute information about your payments (6-month history);
Activate / Deactivate your free monthly statement;
Activate / Deactivate the Recharge notification feature;
Change your language and news preferences.
Hermes Phone offers an enhanced feature called ANI
(Automatic Number Identification). You enter the telephone number from which you
use Hermes Phone most frequently and you will not have to enter your PIN each
time you make an international call from this particular most-frequently-used
telephone number. Once you dial one of the Hermes Phone access lines, the system
will automatically recognize you. If the phone number you provide is wrong or
incomplete you will not be able to benefit from the service.
Balance monitoring is a free
service which facilitates the undisrupted use of your Hermes Phone calling
account. You can make sure that your account balance does NOT drop to a level at
which you would not be able to make phone calls through Hermes
Phone.
There are a number of ways in which you can monitor the balance of
your Hermes Phone calling account:
Internet: When you log in with your PIN at our website, you can check
the remaining balance of your account at the Account Summary area.
Email: The system of Hermes Phone will automatically send you an
email when your account balance drops to the amount of $1.
Over the phone: Once you dial the destination you wish to reach, the
system will announce your remaining balance calculated in minutes to the
destination you have dialed.
Subscription by phone: You can subscribe to account balance
notifications by phone. You need to determine the balance level of your calling
account, at which you would like to be notified over the phone. Our Customer
Service Team will monitor your account on a regular basis and when your account
balance reaches the critical level for recharge determined by you, one of our
representatives will be responsible for calling you in order to notify you and
assist you in recharging.
If you are
a Hermes Phone customer and use Internet and e-mail you can sign up for a free
monthly statement, which arrives directly to your e-mail inbox on the first day
of every month. The statement covers the previous month and contains a list of
all your payments (date, amount) and a list of all your calls (date and time,
destination, dialed number, call duration and call price). You can activate or
deactivate your monthly statement after you log into your account.
Hermes
