There are 3 levels of loyalty for which you can qualify.
Level BRONZE:
3 000 minutes=3 000 loyalty points - 5% discount on all Hermes Phone rates
Level SILVER:
10 000 minutes=10 000 loyalty points - 10% discount on all Hermes Phone rates
Level GOLD:
20 000 minutes=20 000 loyalty points - 15% discount on all Hermes Phone rates
You join the loyalty program automatically as soon as you become a client of Hermes Phone. When you reach the required loyalty points for a certain level, you have to apply for the change of your loyalty status either through your member's profile (the apply button will be active only if you have the required number of loyalty points collected) on our web sites or by contacting us on our free customer support number: 1 877 748 7964. Your status will be changed and your talk rates will be discounted within 72h of your application!

- If you make a payment within the range of $100 and $200, you get the 5% bonus calculated upon the exact sum of money you have paid for your Hermes Phone account.
E.g.: You recharge your account with a single $150 payment. The bonus that you get with the 'Fuel up' bonus program equals to $7.50. We will transfer to your Hermes Phone account $157.50.
- If you make a payment of $200 or more, you get 8% bonus calculated upon the exact sum of money you have paid for your Hermes Phone account.
E.g.: You recharge your account with a single $200 payment. The bonus that you get with the 'Fuel up' bonus program equals to $16. We will transfer to your Hermes Phone account $216.
- This bonus program applies for single payments greater than $100. The program does not apply for a number of payments which together add up to $100 or more.
- You can open or recharge your Hermes Phone calling account with a payment within the range of $100 and $200 by phone only. Call +1-877-748-7964. Payments within the range of $100 or lower are accepted by phone, on our website or in cash.
- This program is not time-limited and is open to all new and prospective Hermes Phone customers in USA.
